Product information
What's included in the Luma Anti-Fog Kit?
Each kit includes:
- 100ml Anti-Fog Spray. Our IPA-based, streak-free formula.
- Premium microfibre cloth. 15 x 15 cm, ultra-soft.
- Compact zip pouch. Fits in a pocket, glovebox or bag.
How many applications will I get from one bottle?
Approximately 200 applications per 100ml bottle. One or two sprays per application means a kit lasts months of daily use.
What surfaces can I use Luma on?
Luma is safe for optical glass surfaces:
- Prescription glasses, including coated lenses
- Sunglasses (polarised, mirrored, tinted)
- Motorcycle and scooter helmet visors
- Camera lenses and filters
- Ski and snowboard goggles
- Safety glasses and protective eyewear
- Bathroom mirrors
What is the shelf life?
Six months from the date of manufacture. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to maintain effectiveness.
How to use
What's the best way to apply Luma?
For best results:
- Step 1. Apply one or two sprays to the microfibre cloth (not directly onto the lens).
- Step 2. Wipe the lens in gentle circular motions.
- Step 3. Buff with a dry section of the cloth until clear.
That's it. You're ready to go fog-free.
How long does the anti-fog effect last?
It varies with conditions:
- Normal conditions. Several hours to a full day.
- High humidity or rain. Reapply more frequently.
- Temperature changes (going indoors and out): reapply after big transitions.
- Heavy breathing (masks, intense activity): reapply as needed.
Why should I spray the cloth, not the lens?
Spraying the cloth first gives you more control over the application and prevents over-wetting the lens. It also helps distribute the formula evenly for a streak-free finish.
Care and maintenance
How do I wash the microfibre cloth?
- Machine wash in cold water on a gentle cycle.
- Do not use fabric softener. It coats the fibres and reduces the cloth's effectiveness.
- Dry on the line or tumble dry on low heat.
- Tip. Wash separately from lint-producing fabrics.
How should I store my Luma kit?
- Keep the spray bottle in the zip pouch to protect it.
- Store away from direct sunlight and heat.
- Keep below 30°C for best results.
- Make sure the cap is tightly closed when not in use.
